Blocks of rooms have been reserved at the University-run Campus Center Hotel, in the same building as the conference, and at several nearby hotels listed below. Rates ranges from $70-$105/night. (For a lower-cost option -- $29-$49/night -- choose a shared-bath University Residence Hall as part of the online Registration Page.

University Residence Halls -- $28/night -- go to registration page
For participants who are comfortable with a shared-bath arrangement, low-cost lodging is available in a University Residence Hall, including supplied make-you-own-bed linens, and high-speed wireline Internet. The dorms are a 10-minute walk (or shuttle ride) from the conference venue. Rates are $28/night for a two-bed shared room and $33/night for a private room. Choose this option as part of the conference program Registration Page.

(onsite) Campus Center Hotel -- $86/$105 -- reserve by phone
For the convenience of same-building lodging, choose the Campus Center Hotel, which occupies six stories above the conference-meeting complex and is accessed via a common elevatory bank. All rooms include complementary wired Internet access. Conference-negotiated rates booked before June 14 are $86/night Wed./Thurs. and $105/night Fri./Sat. Hampton Inn Hadley, Mass. -- $89/$109 -- reserve online
A block of rooms for conference participants is also available at the Hampton Inn Hadley, Bay Road at state Route 9, three miles from the campus conference center. Shuttle-vehicle service will be provided. All rooms have high-speed Internet access. The conference rate for rooms booked before May 29 is $89+tax Wed./Thurs. and $109+tax Fri./Sat. You may register online, or call the hotel at 413-586-4851. Use "Group/Convention Code" of CMG when reserving a room online.

Holiday Inn Express, Hadley, Mass. -- $119/$139
A block of rooms for conference participants is also available at the Holiday Inn Express, 400 Russell St./Route 9, Hadley, Mass., also three miles from the campus conference center. Shuttle-vehicle service will be provided. The conference rate for rooms booked before May 28 is $119.95 +tax Wed./Thurs. and $139.95+tax Fri./Sat. Quality Inn, Hadley, Mass. -- $67/$105
A block of rooms for conference participants is also available at the Quality Inn, Russell St./Rout 9, Hadley, Mass. , also three miles from the campus conference center. Howard Johnson Express Inn, Hadley, Mass -- $69/$105

EconoLodge, Hadley, Mass. -- $70.95/$106.95

The Amherst Area Chamber of Commerce maintains a list of members who provide lodging, including smaller inns and bed-and-breakfast establishments.
