EXHIBITS / LITERATURE: Vendors and NGOs literature, display and booth options

The conference, "Democracy and Independence: Sharing News and Politics in a Connected World" is a non-commercial, non-profit event.

However, The Media Giraffe Project recognizes that some vendors, non-governmental, research and trade groups may have literature or presentations of interest to conference attendees. 

An area for setting up literature tables and displays has been established in the Campus Center Reading Room adjacent to the Media Cafe. Tables may be reserved for $100, including one electrical plug and wireless Internet. Tentative exhibitors include:

To reserve a table, contact Molly Hudson (413-545-2591) at University Conference Services.  Rooms for small-group meetings and a few locations for booths or presentations areas may also be available.
